Valtteri Bottas Takes Pole For Eifel GP, Leclerc Qualifies Fourth

Valtteri Bottas has taken pole position for the Eifel Grand Prix, beating Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton by around two-tenths of a second.
Red Bull driver Max Verstappen qualified third, while Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc put in a very strong performance to qualify in P4.

The Dutch ace described it as a “decent” qualifying session but complained of his car having understeer in the final segment of qualifying.
Meanwhile, Alex Albon will start fifth on the grid, ahead of Renault drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Esteban Ocon.
Lando Norris, Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz round out the top ten.
