Alex Albon qualified P4, over one second off Hamilton’s fastest lap and six-tenths of a second off of Verstappen.

Sergio Perez managed a lap good enough for fifth on the grid, ahead of the two Renault drivers, with Daniel Ricciardo once again outqualifying Esteban Ocon.

Pierre Gasly, Lando Norris, and Daniil Kvyat round out the top ten.

Both Ferrari’s failed to make it into Q2, with Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc qualifying P11 and P12, respectively.
