‘I Will Never Accept This’: Ex-Juventus Midfielder Pjanic Slams Barcelona Coach

Barcelona midfielder Miralem Pjanic has hit out at FC Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman for his lack of playing time at his new club.

Pjanic left Juventus just a few months ago and was a regular starter for the Serie A giants, but he hasn’t had the same status as Barca.

Specifically, he has featured in less than a dozen matches since joining Barcelona back in June.

Speaking ahead of Barcelona’s clash against Juventus, Pjanic expressed his frustration:

“Honestly, I don’t understand the reason of this situation. I want to play more, I know I can give a lot,” he told Italy’s La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper.

“When the coach called me, I was always ready. I did well, I played good games. More than that, I do not know what I could do. I’m training, I’m ready.

“I am not satisfied and I cannot be satisfied. During my career I have never accepted the idea of not playing and I do not accept it now,” he added.
